I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Local Barrel Races, LLC and their officers, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, that may be sustained by my child/ward or myself, or to any property belonging to my child/ward or myself, or otherwise while participating in said race, or while in, or upon any premises where said race is being conducted.
